Welcome to 92park. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 92park ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at 92park.com and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and content made available through the platform.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 92park platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 92park account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account. 92park will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials.

You agree to:

• Log out of your 92park account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

• Keep your registered email address current and accessible, as 92park uses this address for account communications, bonus notifications, and security alerts.

Deposits:

• Withdrawals may be delayed if the account holds an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements. The wagering requirement must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of the offer and the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) must be staked before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 92park reserves the right to restrict bonus offers by account type, verification status, or geographic region.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You may not stack or combine multiple bonus offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Bonus funds that remain in your account after the expiry of the relevant wagering window will be removed.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or irregular betting patterns designed to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Modification & Cancellation: 92park reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of players' legitimately accrued bonus balances.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. General gaming terms applicable across the platform are as follows:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). 92park does not manipulate game results, and outcomes are not influenced by bet size, account history, or any other variable under 92park's control.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or exploiting pricing errors in sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the 92park platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other unlawful financial activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider after withdrawing equivalent funds or otherwise abusing the payment process.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC or verification process.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content available on the 92park platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform ("Intellectual Property"), is the exclusive property of 92park or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of the Intellectual Property on the platform without the prior written consent of 92park.

92park reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Upon account closure for cause, any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
